What people ask us most before booking.
What is end of lease cleaning?
It is the deep clean a property needs before you hand back the keys, so it matches the condition report your agent signed at the start of the tenancy. It covers the whole property, including the oven, the rangehood, window tracks and skirting boards, which a regular clean does not.
Do you guarantee I will get my bond back?
We guarantee our own work. If your agent or landlord flags anything on our clean at the final inspection, we come back and put it right at no extra cost. What we cannot cover is damage, wear or repairs, which are not part of a clean.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
Between five and six hours for a standard apartment. Larger properties, or ones that have not been cleaned in a long time, take longer. We tell you the estimate when we quote, not on the day.
What time can you come?
We run two shifts a day, a morning one and an afternoon one, so the clean can be fitted around your handover time. Tell us when you have to return the keys and we will work back from there.
Do you clean carpets and windows?
Yes, both as optional extras. Carpet steam cleaning, exterior window cleaning, balconies, garages and interior wall washing are quoted on top of the standard clean, because not every property needs them.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No. Most people hand over access and come back to check at the end. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too.
Do you only do end of lease cleaning?
No. We also do regular residential cleaning, offices and beauty salons. The end of lease clean is the most detailed of them because it has to pass an inspection.
How do I get a quote?
Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the date you are handing back the keys. You can book online, send a WhatsApp message or call. We reply with a fixed price before anyone turns up.
